There are millions of Computer virus are available in the Internet. So If you are use a proper updated virus guard you may safe with the virus. But not safe 100% safe. Sometime new virus may not detect by your virus guard. So it is difficult to identify. I will mention some suspected symptoms when you have a virus attack on you PC.
- Compute can be slow abnormally. If this happened try to check what processes are running on your PC using task manager. (Task manager window can get by pressing alt+ctrl+del keys together or right click on task bar and select task manager from the menu) If there is any unknown programme is running that can be a virus.
- Sometime you unable to access task manager. When you right chick on task bar you can see that task manager is not active.
- Folder Option Not Available or you can't see hidden files and folders active using folder option. (To get folder option window, go to Start--> All Control Panel --> Folder option or Open my any folder and select tools-->folder options)
- When computer load some error messages can be displayed. Mainly it will show errors on .exe files.
- Some time your anti virus software can be disabled automatically.
Those are the most common highlighted point to suspect that there is a virus attack on your PC.
